Budock Village Hall Management Committee uses personal data such as names, addresses, contact details including telephone numbers and email addresses for the purposes of managing bookings and finances, running and publicising events and groups at the hall, and for staff employment.
Data may be retained for up to seven years for accounting and licensing purposes, and for longer in cases where this is required by the hall’s insurers.
